Today marks the beginning of a monumental mission of increasing mileage on the bike and running. My weight will fall as a result of some pretty drastic changes in my diet and eating habits and I am going to use all of the goal setting, subconscious programming and visualization techniques I can to reach my goals. This week will be rough I know, anytime you make massive changes in the way you live your life it isn't easy. Although I have been migrating toward these changes for the past two months, well actually for a lot longer, I set a goal date for today to really take it to the next level.
This blog will evolve as well. This will be my training log, an area to record what I eat and how I feel. I want to be able to document the things that work and more importantly the things that don't. The more objectively I look at my life and lifestyle the more I will be able to plan my workouts and eating habits for optimal success.
I name this mission: Reclaiming Myself and dub it Mission RS. Hello Day 1 Mission RS.
