Not a bad day today at all. I didn't accomplish all the things that I wanted to but there's tomorrow and if it isn't, oh well it wont matter anyway.
Food:
Bacon, egg and half a bagel with cream
turkey, cheese and tater chips
bowl of shredded wheat with strawberries and blackberries
bagel with cream cheese
spaghetti and meatballs
Excercise:
Ab routine
Weight training
run 2 miles. 3 minutes running 1 minute walking. I've got a ways to go!
